The third year of iPC project has started and in order to present the current work that each consortium partner is developing, we asked them to summarize the processes that are being done behind the project. This week we present the Children’s Medical Research Institute (CMRI) where Dr. Qing Zhong explains the current work that they are developing within iPC:
“CMRI’s ProCan program is a high-throughput pan-cancer proteomics study. Current ProCan projects related to the iPC program include proteogenomics of neuroblastoma, Ewing sarcoma and hepatoblastoma, and the use of proteogenomic data to predict the response of cancer cells to drug treatment.”
