The third year of iPC project has started and in order to present the current work that each consortium partner is developing, we asked them to summarize the processes that are being done behind the project. This week we start with the National Research Council (Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche) where Filippo Castiglione explains the current work that they are developing within iPC:
“The IAC-CNR group is composed by researchers with different backgrounds (physics, biology, mathematics, computer science, engineering) who are interested in understanding complex biological systems at any level of description through computational, mathematical and statistical methods. The group’s aim in the iPC project is to set up a computational platform for simulating passive (e.g., CAR-T) or active (i.e., peptide vaccination) immunotherapy against cancer.”
