The third year of iPC project has started and in order to present the current work that each consortium partner is developing, we asked them to summarize the processes that are being done behind the project. This week we present the Technische Universität Darmstadt (TUDA) where Sofia Startceva explains the current work that they are developing within iPC:
“TUDA develops algorithms for recovering molecular interactions from high-throughput omics data, with the interaction network modeled as a probabilistic graph. TUDA also works on incorporating mechanistic constraints into the model, implemented as attributes added to the edges of the graph.”
